The Integrity Institute exists for one purpose—to predict and promote sustainable performance.
In 2010, after nearly a decade of research, The Integrity Institute will launch the first-ever rating of all public companies on the three US stock exchanges. The Integrity Index model has been validated to be 73% accurate in predicting sustainable performance at least two years in advance. The false positives produced by the model, generally mean the model worked better than expected.
To maintain the integrity of its data, The Integrity Institute, has entered into a strategic partnership exclusively with the University of Houston Center for Public Policy to produce the raw data analysis for publication of The Integrity Index ratings on a quarterly basis. In addition, to maintain the independence of its research, The Integrity Institute will not offer consulting service but rather offer products and services through its strategic partners who hold the exclusive right to integrate The Integrity Index into their products and service offerings.
The Integrity Index will provide CEOs with the first real quantitative insight into the structural integrity of the company and its ability to withstand market forces. The Integrity Index which will be published on a quarterly basis measures the level of risk present in the internal structures and the strength of the corporate culture to sustain the performance.
Finally, CEOs will be able to make the necessary adjustments to their strategic direction before it is too late.

From the tragedy the world knows as Enron, two dynamic women joined together to change the world. . .
In 2004, The Integrity Institute was founded by Lynn Brewer based upon her personal experiences at Enron and the lack of a predictable measure that could have saved the company. Since leaving Enron, Lynn has become an award-winning author and internationally recognized speaker. She has been recognized for her leadership by the Nobel Peace Center and is currently working on her fourth book. If you are interested in learning more about Lynn, you can go to LynnBrewer.info. You will be amazed to hear these two women debate the issues that make companies great. From their vantage point at the mid-level to senior level these two women are able to provide CEOs with perspective that is often lost between the mail room and the board room. Audiences are amazed at just how easy the corporate culture can become unhealthy even with the best of intentions.
